For career coaches | Applicora Professional

Keep the work moving between coaching sessions.

Give clients clear assignments, review the work they choose to share, and keep session plans and feedback in the same program. Each client also has a separate Career Intelligence workspace for their job search.

A working view for the professional

See what is assigned, submitted, and ready for review.

Your coaches set the work and give the feedback. Clients can ask for help, submit their response, or share a text copy of a working résumé. Keep the next session's agenda and meeting link with the program, then record a shared recap and separate team notes. Applicora provides the software; your organization provides the coaching service.

How it works

Keep client work connected to coaching.

Each client has a private Career Intelligence workspace and chooses which work to share with your coaching team.

01

Set the next assignment

Invite the client into your program, then give them instructions and a due date for the work you agree.

02

Let the client respond

Clients mark work as started, ask for help, and deliberately submit their response or a chosen résumé text copy.

03

Review and give feedback

Read the submission, reply in the task, and mark it complete or request a revision.

04

Prepare the next session

Set the agenda and meeting details. After the session, share a recap and keep separate notes for your coaching team.

Program portal

A workspace for the coaching you deliver.

Connect your clients' work with the feedback and sessions that help them make progress. Manage program access and eligible reporting alongside that work.

Assignments and client progress

Set instructions and due dates. See which tasks have started, need help, are waiting for review, or are complete.

Submissions and revisions

Review deliberately shared work and résumé text copies. Give feedback and request a revision in the task conversation.

Sessions and follow-through

Plan an agenda, add an external meeting link, and record a shared recap. Keep private coaching notes separate from what the client sees.

Client invitations and seats

Assign private participant access, track active terms, and reuse each finished seat while your practice has paid capacity.

Support plan comparison

Compare service options, people covered, unit costs, and the selected support plan.

Eligible program reports

Review privacy-protected program totals and separately consented feedback. Create dated PDF reports with their source context and exclusions.

Privacy

Clients choose what enters the coaching conversation.

Your coaching team sees deliberately shared submissions and task messages. A shared résumé is a text copy, so later edits to the original are not shared automatically. Private applications, documents, and search notes remain in the client's separate workspace. Session recaps are shared with the client; private team notes are not. Program reports follow their own eligibility and consent rules.

Start focused

Start with a defined client program.

Bring a defined client group and the coaching process you want to support. We will agree the software scope, participant access, and launch support before quoting.
