For universities and colleges | Applicora Campus

Help students turn their education into a career.

Give students Career Intelligence to explore suitable roles, prepare for opportunities, and manage their job search. Your career-services team can support cohorts, offer guidance, and review eligible employment outcomes.

Value for the institution

Extend career support across your student community.

Students need help understanding where their education can lead and how to present what they can do. Applicora gives them a place to work on those questions and prepare their search. Your team manages cohort access, offers career services, and reviews eligible group results and student feedback.

How it works

Connect career choices with practical preparation.

Students use Career Intelligence for their own careers. Workshops and adviser feedback add personal support where your institution chooses to provide it.

01

Provide student access

Choose a cohort and invite students into their own Career Intelligence accounts. Keep access and program dates clear.

02

Help students explore careers

Students build on their education, projects, experience, and skills to explore roles and assess real opportunities.

03

Offer career preparation

Use workshops, optional preparation work, and adviser feedback to help students present their experience and approach their search.

04

Review the cohort's results

Review eligible application signals, reported employment, and student feedback. Use the results to inform your next career-services program.

Program portal

Understand the cohort's path into employment.

We are developing a clearer institutional view of relevant career markets, supported preparation gaps, and program KPIs. These additions will help career teams decide where to focus their support.

Career opportunities by cohort

Connect supplied education and career information to relevant occupations and job markets, with the basis for each suggestion.

Supported preparation needs

Identify recurring requirements and gaps in the available information. Keep missing evidence distinct from a confirmed skill gap.

Focused career services

Use the cohort's needs to inform workshop topics, resources, and adviser support.

Program KPIs

Bring access, participation, reported employment, and student feedback into a clearly defined program view.

Useful comparisons

Review eligible results by cohort and observation period while protecting small groups and showing incomplete responses.

Clear student boundaries

Keep institutional planning information, deliberately shared adviser work, and private student career activity distinct.

Privacy

Students choose the work they share.

Authorized advisers see assigned milestones and staff-recorded workshop attendance, plus the work students deliberately submit, including a chosen résumé text copy. Classmates cannot see each other's submissions or attendee records. Private applications and search notes stay in a separate workspace. Institutional outcome reports follow their own eligibility rules.
